At some point I will remember I'm lactose intolerant.

I'm not completely lactose-intolerant. I can handle small doses of lactose.

I cannot handle "nutella milkshake from Steak-N-Shake" doses of lactose.

All the same I cannot regret having the milkshake.

Although I'm not Lactose intolerant, I totally get you.
But that shake sounds like something very sweet and fat. I don't know if I would be up for it (says the woman who had oven cheese with lots of baguette for dinner).

Man, lactose intolerance is so hard to remember! Cheese is so delicious and my willpower is weak

As a lactose and gluten intolerant person who is known to scoff a cheesey bagel and damn the consequences: this.
