I'd be very interested in knowing how the anti-inflammatory diet treats your symptoms! but only if there's no discussion of numbers (e.g. calories, weight, grams of fat, etc.), please.
right now it's qualitative - 'is this on the yes/caution/no lists I've been given'. I entirely understand that this can also be triggering as it's assigning 'good' and 'bad' to food which is why I set up the filter.
