the fabric I had identified as 'something something Lan Clan cosplay-bounding' is on sale this week.

I have just finished the Annoying Project so my sewing plate is clear.

I think I have time to make a dress (looking at this one - nothing fancy, brain is also screaming 'convert it to a princess seam and maybe use a different type of skirt with a smooth waistline' but a gathered waist is at least easy to fit?) before ConFab.

if I haven't talked myself out of it by the time I get home I'm going to order 4 yards of it and hope someone will sell me a drapey white sweater b/c I don't think I have time to make the dress and a sweater. (I have the perfect sweater, but it's grey...), and also start sourcing a pair of dress clips and a silver Hair Doodad.
